The Center's researchers have been researching and teaching about emotion-related subjects for many years. The Center's researchers teach courses in their fields of interest in the academic framework of graduate programs (research oriented M.A. programs) and doctoral programs as well as more applied programs such as M.B.A. and M.H.A. programs.

This work requires that the Center's researchers continually interact with the forefront of scientific knowledge in their respective fields, on one hand, and stay in touch with what is happening out in the "real world", on the other hand. In parallel, professionals with rich experience in senior levels of management are also involved in the Center. The workshops run by the Center are the product of this combination that enables participants to acquire unique experiences grounded both in cutting-edge science and practical and applicable know-how.

The objective of the workshops is not simply to provide knowledge, experience and training. It is also intended to offer opportunities for research and knowledge enrichment derived from the confluence of all the involved parties. Among others, payment for a workshop is used to advance the Center's community and research activities, and consequently, also serves as a way for workshop sponsors to contribute to these activities as well as to promote scientific work in the field.
